We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The property was well-designed and the rooms were spacious. The hotel facilities were incredible, with a great swimming pool at the family terrace room area. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the activities available for kids, such as the Maxi Land. The food choices were excellent, with a variety of options available all the time. The entertainment program was also enjoyable, and we especially loved the Tangerine club with its great DJ. The hotel provided a personal assistant, and our experience with Ms. Maryam was amazing.

You can refill the fruit plate. Every day, I had to take my bag with me to take the fruit for the child.

Forgot your shirt in your room. They tried to contact me and said they didn't find anything. It's not okay for a hotel like this.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and hard-working staff. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of great options for dinner, including a fantastic Italian restaurant. Service was exceptional - roller bladers by the pool, sunglass cleaners, and attentive waiters. The entertainment team was always friendly and helpful. The hotel's Whatssap initiative was a great way to get information quickly and easily. The beach was amazing and conveniently located.

We had some issues with room access when we first arrived and it took a few days to resolve. It was frustrating to need assistance so frequently.

The view from the room was stunning. The food options were diverse and delicious. The spa facilities were fantastic, providing a relaxing weekend. the hotel had a great location close to shops and nightlife.

The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, which affected our overall experience. The room was not clean, and the air conditioning did not work correctly.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs and more. The exclusive amenities at the Spa and wellness centre were fantastic. The indoor swimming pool with sauna and Jacuzzi were perfect for a relaxing day. The outdoor swimming pool was surrounded by sun loungers and beach umbrellas to relax in the garden area. Live entertainment throughout the night was a great way to unwind. The treatment room for a body scrub and massage was just what I needed to feel rejuvenated and ready to enjoy the beach access and aqua park.

Although this hotel was amazing, I did experience minor regular waiter service issues in the outdoor dining area for breakfast that was easily resolved. my stay at this venue was worth every penny and I highly recommend this exquisite hotel to anyone seeking leisure, relaxation and top-notch service.
